We're looking for a new colleague to join the People Team. This role is ideal for an expereinced People/ HR Adminstrator looking to expand their knowledge in a truly Global business. As an international business, we have colleagues based in over 50 countries and are looking for a colleague with German language skills who is prepared to vist our office in Hamburg around once a quarter for a few days.

The Role :
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support against defined procedures. You will be delivering wide range of complex admin activities, resolving colleague queries, and supporting and participating in project work as required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Administer all core and non-core People/ HR processes, for example:

  • Co-ordinating promotions, salary increase letters, business unit changes including HRIS and payroll updates.
  • Process all leavers/resignations and retirements.
  • Ensure colleague records are kept up to date and payroll is informed of any changes to records.
  • Provide employer references for ex-employees and mortgage/rent references for current employees.

 

Take responsibility for projects or areas of work, most recently the team have been invovled in a project to upgrade our HRIS and processes.

 

Answer colleague queries meeting SLA’s and escalating where required.

 

 

 The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Work to key performance indicators ensuring contribution to SLA’s. 
  • Strong HR Administration experience, demonstrating the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills, ensuring tasks are prioritised and worked through efficiently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and solve queries in a timely manner whilst maintaining high quality.
  • Strong Communication skills in german and english
