Purpose of the Role
To provide flexible, hands-on support across LRQA's sales enablement activities — helping the sales population work more effectively through CRM support, learning content, and administration of our core sales tools. This is a broad, evolving role designed to flex with the priorities of the wider sales enablement function.Location & Working Pattern
Hybrid — based from LRQA's Birmingham office 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week.Key Areas of Support (this list is indicative, not exhaustive — priorities may shift as the function evolves)CRM (One CRM / Dynamics 365): Supporting day-to-day user queries, contributing to training materials and guidance documents, helping maintain CRM data quality and hygiene.Learning Content: Supporting the development of training materials, webinar content, and other resources for the Sales and Account Management Academy (SAMA) and related programmes.Sales Tools & Partner Administration: Administering and maintaining access, licences, and basic configuration for tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo; acting as first point of contact for user queries on these platforms.Sales Administration: General administrative support to the sales enablement function — reporting, data pulls, scheduling, and coordination tasks as needed.Ad hoc Projects: Supporting wider sales enablement initiatives and projects as they arise.What We're Looking ForSome prior experience with CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfoComfortable administering software tools — managing licences, user access, and basic configurationStrong attention to detail, particularly around data and admin accuracyConfident picking up new systems quickly, without needing extensive onboardingClear communicator, comfortable supporting a global, geographically dispersed sales audienceOrganised and self-directed — able to work across multiple tools and priorities without a fixed daily task listA Note on Flexibility
This role is intentionally broad. Responsibilities will develop over time in line with the needs of the sales enablement function, and the postholder should expect variety rather than a fixed routine.
