The role will co-ordinate the day to day activities relating to Technical Inspection Requests globally & Module H audits.

The successful candidate will work with the Project Manager & Nuclear contact manager, supporting resource planning and coordination to achieve quality & growth targets.  

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Inspections (Ad-hoc & Resident) globally

Coordinate Module H Audits & arranging internal and external meetings to confirm supply chain availability

Support Contract TQM Manager with ABC, COI, UKAS Audits & SQEP Approval

Monitor Authorisation code requirements for Site personnel, liaising with stakeholders to expedite authorisation approvals

Maintain project register of SQEP approved resources complete with authorisation codes

Maintain inspection & Audit schedules and vendor confirmation of inspection availability register

Review previous inspection requirements from HPC to capture growth on SZC project – Update stakeholders with resource requirements / gaps in resourcing/

Support coordination & resource planning of Site personnel – Back to Back teams

Maintain operational / project specific KPI’s for delivery of inspection & audit reports

Act as client focal point at client meetings

Maintain contract related records to facilitate efficient contact management and delivery of inspection & audit reports.

Maintain and Update / Monitor the Resource Records Database

Co-ordination and attendance of Monthly Quality Meetings with the Quality Team

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Key health & safety responsibilities:

Eliminate or minimise employee exposure to risks by regularly reviewing the health and safety risk register, applying appropriate controls, communicating results of risk assessments, and ensuring health and safety is considered in the planning and execution of all LRQA activities.

Manage your own, and your team’s, compliance with health and safety rules, instructions, systems and legal requirements to ensure employees are suitably trained and adequate resources are available to work safely.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:

 

Candidates require experience of coordination of inspections & audits, knowledge of Module H Audit requirements.

Preferred candidate shall have experience and knowledge of QMS & SQEP Requirements.
