The HRIS Delivery Lead plays a key role in supporting the delivery and enhancement of HR technology solutions/ projects. This role will be the key contact for the third-party support vendor to ensure KPIs are being achieved, and sprints are maximised. The role holder will hold strong stakeholder management skills working with Process Owners, HRIS Product Owner and IT colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Delivery
    • Manage the product roadmap and backlog, sprint planning and prioritising enhancements based on business needs.
    • Support the planning and execution of HRIS projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, improvements and integrations.
    • Ensure platform stability, scalability, and alignment with business and contractual requirements.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Act as the technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers.
    • Drive technical decision-making, engineering execution, and platform governance.
    • Identify and adopt emerging technologies to enhance platform performance and capabilities.

 

  • Project & Change Management
    • Define clear project scopes, requirements, and success metrics.
    • Manage platform-related projects, ensuring ROI, effort, and impact are aligned.
    • Reduce reactive support by shifting towards proactive, value-driven initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Liaise between Process Owners, Platform Owner, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery.
    • Educate and challenge stakeholders to ensure optimal use of the platform.
    • Represent LRQA in customer engagements with professionalism and technical expertise.

 

  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor and manage platform costs, licenses, and vendor contracts.
    • Oversee release management, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
    • Ensure resource capacity planning and team performance are effectively managed.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading HRIS or enterprise platform delivery, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experienced in Agile methodology and leading associated ceremonies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and flex style appropriately to achieve the right outcomes
  • Result oriented, assertive, flexible and enthusiastic team player with a “can do” attitude
  • Experience in stakeholder management, project delivery, and platform governance.
  • Knowledge of software lifecycle, release management, and cost optimisation.
  • Has a growth mindset with the ability to successfully navigate complexity and understand what it takes to be successful in different contexts. Culturally sensitive, high integrity and values diversity.
