As a Global Compensation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our reward and cultural transformation. You will have the unique opportunity to review, design, and manage compensation strategies across the Globe, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent to fuel our business growth.

We seek a commercially savvy professional with a passion for impactful compensation programs. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills and strong analytical abilities will be crucial as you navigate multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.

 

This role will empower you to deliver meaningful compensation solutions that align with our business objectives and global reward philosophy the role is offered on a hybrid basis and can be based in Birmingham or London.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Overseeing the delivery of all base and variable pay programs across our global footprint.
  • Collaborating closely with the Reward team and wider People function to create sustainable and impactful compensation offerings.
  • Manage change with multiple stakeholders; assessing the current landscape, identifying opportunities and instilling innovative and consistent global solutions.

 

 

What will you bring ?

 

  • Experience with managing base and variable compensation programs in an international setting
  • Experience of defining and managing projects to plan and to delivery
  • Solutions focused with a continuous improvement mindset to quickly understand and solve complex reward problems
  • Strong quantitative skills, ability to use data analysis to proactively derive insights and support fact-based decision making
  • Ability to build business cases and develop data and summaries for committee & board presentations
  • Ability to communicate, partner and influence across the People Team and business, building relationships and demonstrating a strong customer focus and commitment to quality service delivery.
  • Ability to apply statistical metrics and execute processes to analyse and measure the effectiveness of compensation programs and initiatives.
