Role Purpose:
Conduct social compliance audits across a variety of sectors, ensuring adherence to LRQA methodologies, standards, and client-specific requirements. Support ethical supply chains and sustainable business practices by delivering high-quality audit services, maintaining professional client relationships, and ensuring accurate assessment reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct social compliance audits in line with LRQA methodologies and client standards. • Perform worker interviews, management discussions, and site observations. • Carry out document reviews, including contracts, policies, and HR records. • Execute wage and working hours testing to assess compliance. • Produce accurate, high-quality audit reports within agreed timelines. • Manage audits independently while collaborating with international teams. • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold LRQA’s professional standards. • Support ethical supply chains through the evaluation of social compliance practices. • Contribute to sustainable business practices through effective audit delivery.
What You'll Bring:
• APSCA (CSCA or ASCA) qualification preferred, although not essential; candidates must have completed one or two of the three APSCA examinations. • Fluent German language skills. • Strong command of the English language. • Proven experience in social auditing or related compliance roles. • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. • Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland when required. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Commitment to delivering high-quality audit services and maintaining professional standards.
