Role Purpose
You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in the automotive sector, achieving high sales targets and driving client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical understanding, commercial acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve/exceed sales targets through account growth and new business development.
- Promote LRQA’s full suite of automotive services, including Functional Safety (FuSa), Cybersecurity (CS), and SOTIF.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client retention.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and lead bid preparation and execution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client industries, competitors, and market trends.
- Manage CRM activities, track client interactions, and report on sales performance.
- Represent LRQA at industry events, seminars, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and bid protocols.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with strong experience in the automotive sector.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles, with a proven track record of winning new business.
- Familiarity with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ISO 21448 and related standards.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret financial and technical data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and MS Office tools.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous professional development.
