Your Role: Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine—turning leads into loyal clients, uncovering opportunities, and driving revenue. Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, while building a strong pipeline and exceeding performance goals.

 

What You’ll Do

🎯 Drive Results

  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets across products, services, and markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals.

📞 Lead Conversion & Client Engagement

  • Respond to new leads quickly and effectively.
  • Conduct thorough discovery to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain high conversion rates through consultative selling.

📈 Build and Manage Your Pipeline

  • Proactively prospect and engage new opportunities through outbound efforts.
  • Ensure a healthy pipeline at all stages to consistently meet targets.

🧠 Stay Organized & Insightful

  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Track all interactions, follow-ups, and progress to ensure seamless client experiences.

📊 Report & Forecast

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, forecasts, and sales performance.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of your sales metrics and outcomes.

🤝 Collaborate & Grow

  • Support your teammates to achieve collective goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Escalate issues early to protect client relationships.

 

What You Bring

✅ Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a B2B or service-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for client success.

  • Prior experience in an Inside Sales role.
