Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business growth, and delivering against ambitious sales targets.
You will build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and promote LRQA’s diverse portfolio of services. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure exceptional service delivery, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth by managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Promote and sell LRQA’s full range of services, including certification and assurance offerings
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop proposals, define scope, and ensure successful service delivery
- Develop a deep understanding of client industries, markets, and challenges to create compelling value propositions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and maximise revenue from existing client portfolios
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to senior stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies
- Represent LRQA at industry events, seminars, and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing large or strategic accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing, proposals, and negotiations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and standard business software
- Knowledge of certification standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and emerging areas like AI governance is highly desirable
- Fluency in English (additional regional language preferred)
