Job Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering LRQA’s marketing strategy in the Japanese market. The role focuses on brand visibility, lead generation, digital marketing, events, content localization, and ownership of the Japanese‑language website, working closely with sales, global marketing, and sector experts.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and execute Japan‑focused marketing activities aligned to global and regional priorities.
• Manage digital marketing and lead‑generation campaigns for Japan, working with internal teams and agencies.
• Own and manage the Japanese‑language LRQA website, including content updates, localisation, SEO alignment, and coordination with global web teams.
• Localise global campaigns, content, and thought leadership for the Japanese market.
• Plan and deliver Japan‑focused events, webinars, and industry engagements.
• Work closely with sales and SMEs to align marketing activity with pipeline and market needs.
• Track and report on campaign, website, and event performance, providing insights and recommendations.

• What You’ll Bring:
  Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, risk, compliance, or technology sectors.
• Experience managing country‑specific or local market marketing within a global organisation.
• Proven experience with website management and non‑English (Japanese) content localisation.
• Digital marketing and lead‑generation expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑cultural communication skills.
